Enrolling your child at Creativo! Academy is a simple process. First, submit a tour application found on the ‘Tours’ page of our website. After touring, you must decide if Creativo! is a good fit for your child. If you decide that it is, please download the necessary forms using the appropriate button below. Once those are printed, filled out, and submitted at orientation, your child’s adventure at Creativo! begins.
